good location helpful staff small room high price
location was really good. staff ARE smiley, knowledgeable and helpful. breakfast spread is simple and tasty. I enjoyed the experience.
the room was ridiculously small. We were charged a lot for a night, we assumed it was a top notch hotel with decent rooms and bathrooms, but it was not the case.

the location is perfect for vatican visits i walked to st peter's basilica easily the rooftop bar offers amazing views breakfast included simple italian dishes i liked the fresh pastries
my room was quite small space around the bed was limited the bathroom felt cramped especially for larger individuals the furniture seemed a bit worn outdated amenities were noticeable

convenient proximity complete amenities excellent view
i found the proximity to st peter's square very convenient, it took only a minute to walk there. the room included a complete set of amenities, that's useful. the rooftop restaurant provided an excellent view, i enjoyed it.
The shower head sprayed water in many directions. It needs cleaning or replacement

The hotel is near bus stops , made travel easy. the philipine embassy to the vatican is in the building. i not sketchy at all here. the breakfast was hearty. It provided good energy for my long days.
The elevator was a bit slow at times. I sometimes waited a couple of minutes

limited selection thin walls
The breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection felt limited, and the quality wasn't what I expected for the price. I also had issues with the noise. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. It was rather annoying! though the location was perfect.
